Your Cutting Board Care and Maintenance
Lets keep it simple. As stated before, you may just scrub with your hands using soap and water and prop it on one side to dry. This will keep the moisture away. Sanitizing it every so often will not hurt either. Just microwave for 30 seconds keeping it propped up on one side to avoid water build up. .
